Doug Poldrugo is the President and Co-Founder of Talentscale, LLC.  Serving as President, Mr. Poldrugo is involved in business development, operational and strategic initiatives, contract oversight, execution, and management.

Prior to co-founding Talentscale, Doug was the Director of Business Operations for Aerotek, Inc. in San Diego County for 12 years.  He was responsible for overseeing all operations and the employees within 3 branch offices.  Concurrent with those responsibilities, Doug was the Divisional Manager for Aerotek’s Aviation and Government Services Division in the West Region.  Doug was instrumental in the delivery and performance of over 30 Prime and Subcontract awards on fixed/rotary wing platforms, ground & maritime systems, along with GSA Task Order Management services for Facility Support O&M Contracts.

Prior to joining Aerotek, Doug was a Staff NCO in the USMC, Charlie Company 1st Tank Battalion in 29 Palms, CA.

Martin Montero is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for Talentscale, LLC.    He is responsible for the day to day operations of the company.   He plays a key role in business development, project management support, strategic leadership support, and vision for the company.  Martin brings 18 years of management and leadership experience to Talentscale, LLC.

Prior to co-founding Talentscale, LLC, Martin served as an Area Vice President at Bally Total Fitness.  While at Bally, he was responsible for the day to day operations, staff management, sales productivity, and P&L for Bally health clubs in the Inland Empire, San Diego and Utah markets.   Martin graduated from Redlands University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

Richard (Dick) Nester is Vice President of Aircraft Operations and the Facility Security Officer for Talentscale, LLC.  Due to his extensive background in military aviation operations and maintenance, and his years of experience in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs), Dick is responsible for government contracts dealing principally with Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs) support.  Talentscale, LLC has provided expertise in organizational and depot level maintenance personnel in many varied disciplines such as A & P Mechanics, Electronics Technicians, and Weapons Handlers.  Dick oversees requirements for organizational and depot level maintenance personnel such as A&P Mechanics, Electronics Technicians, and Weapon Handlers and insures quality personnel are identified for further specific training.

Prior to joining Talentscale, LLC, Dick was a Program Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc., in Poway, CA.  At GA-ASI, Dick managed contracts with the USAF Aeronautical Systems Command and Air Combat Command which involved field support of GA-ASI Unmanned Systems, including the Predator and Reaper UASs.  Support included the people, transportation, training, logistics—all facets required for successful, full service field support.  After 14 years at GA-ASI, Dick retired in January, 2011.

Before General Atomics, Dick served in the USAF for 28 years, in both the active duty USAF and full time in the CA Air National Guard.  Serving in both operations as a unit commander and as a Maintenance Officer, Dick enjoyed an in-depth understanding of the interfaces required to successfully manage a military flying operation.

Steve Santich serves as Vice President of Sales and Operations for Talentscale, LLC. Steve is responsible for leading Talentscale’s Staff Augmentation Services division and overseeing the recruiting, sales, and operational efforts of the organization on a national level. Steve brings 12 years of technical staff augmentation, government services staff augmentation, and human capital management experience to Talentscale, LLC. His experience includes building and managing contract employee populations in excess of 1000 personnel as well as leading sales, recruiting, program management, and staffing services for branch operations and on-site staffing programs.

Prior to joining Talentscale, Steve held the position of Director of Business Operations for Aerotek in Sacramento, CA for 7 years, ultimately overseeing contracts, staffing production, and the employees of two branch offices and six on-site staffing programs. Concurrent with those responsibilities, he was the Divisional Manager for Aerotek’s Professional Services Division in the Western Region. While in these positions, Steve was instrumental in the growth and delivery of staffing military programs, the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, government contractors, Fortune 1000 firms, and large scale national staffing engagements. Steve graduated from Santa Clara University and received a BSC in Organizational Management and Behavior.

Julianne Super is the Human Resource Manager for Talent Scale, LLC.  In her role as Human Resource Manager, Julianne is responsible for employee benefits administration, payroll, employee paperwork, employee onboarding and development, needs assessments, training, policy development and documentation, and employee relations.  Julianne contributes to the development of Talentscale, LLC’s contractor and employee base as well as the organization’s business plans and objectives.

Prior to joining Talentscale, LLC, Julianne worked at Aerotek, Inc. for four years where she started as a Recruiter in the Light Industrial Division and was then promoted to the role of Internal Recruiter.  As a Recruiter, Julianne specialized in staffing manufacturing, skilled trades, administrative and operations support positions.  In the role of Internal Recruiter, Julianne was responsible for recruiting external candidates to become internal employees of the organization.  Julianne received a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications and a minor in Human Resources Management from Chico State University.
